Why? Because it will be coupled, in a sense, with Vermont's Arbor Day (Friday, May 6th). Programming includes events at the Library, under the theme "Let's Grow Together!"

Join us Saturday, May 7th before you head over to the Park and Ride to get your Green Up supplies, for a 10 am reading of the Lorax, by Monkton's Tree Warden. Lend a hand for 10 minutes or 30 to help plant three maple trees and general landscaping work for our new Town Hall.
