Twin Valley Senior Center for Chair Yoga
Chair yoga at Twin Valley Senior Center will be each Monday at 3:00 PM in May. The monthly fee is $20 or $6 if paying by class. With 5 Mondays in May, the $20 gives a free class. Chair yoga combines gentle movements to gain strength and improve balance while providing physical support of the chair. It's fun and geared to beginners.
