5:00 Call to order, welcoming guests, amendments.

5:05 Allocating approximately $100,000 of the Town's ARPA funds to CV Fiber for installation of broadband in the areas of Middlesex with poor internet service. This allocation is eligible for a matching grant from CV Fiber. Action likely.

5:20 Appointing Bruce Stevenson as Middlesex alternate representative to the CV Fiber Board. Action likely.

5:25 Considering a request from the E911 Coordinator to designate as a private road a certain driveway at the bottom of Molly Supple Road and renaming PR 3 to Picard Lane. Action likely.

5:40 Reviewing and updating the Town Personnel policy to reflect changes re: safety-boot policy made at the April 19, 2022, Select Board meeting and to address health insurance premium coverage for spouses of Town employees. Action likely.

6:00 Highway Department report: update on erosion remediation on Bolduc and Tangletown roads. Action not necessary
Approval of the FY23 TA60 (Annual Financial Aid to Highways). Action likely. Board signatures required.
Executive Session per 1 V.S.A.§313 (a)(1) (D) to discuss grievances. Any possible action to take place after Executive Session during open meeting.
