5 K Walk for History

at the Black River Academy Museum... Bram will hold its annual 5 K WALK FOR HISTORY on Saturday, June 7th, also the Museum’s seasonal opening day. Registration is at 10 AM and the walk will start from the Museum at 10:30 AM. The course will proceed down Dug Road and return to the Museum, located at 14 High Street, Ludlow, VT, via Rte. 103/Main Street and will go up the hill back to the Museum. The registration fee is $20 ($10 seniors and students) and includes a free BRAM T-shirt, power snacks, free BRAM water bottle and water.

The Museum will open for the season on this day, with three new exhibits. They are the 4th year exhibit of the Civil War curated by John Stewart, the effects of hurricane Irene developed by Heidi Baitz’s 6th grade class and BRAM and, on the third floor, a military exhibit showcasing valued artifacts from the Museum’s collection, curated by a member of the Museum.
