"I need to get in shape for the beach!"
"I gotta get my summer body back!"
We've all heard it before, and maybe you've even said it before.
Well, guess what y'all? We're declaring: NO MORE!
Brooke Isabelle, Certified Nutrition Therapist and Certified Mind Body Eating Coach of Awakening Nutrition, is offering this two-hour interactive workshop hosted by Stowe Street Cafe in Waterbury, Vermont.
Let's talk about why you don't need a "Summer Body" - because we all know this is a truly important discussion. If you've struggled with body image, weight management, and not feeling comfortable in your skin or your clothes and you're ready to shift the way you think and feel about yourself, this event is for YOU.
This workshop is dedicated to offering a safe, supportive environment to help dismantle weight phobias, body image, body shaming, and body fears. We will cover how to handle the trauma around it all, where and how to begin with body empowerment, body and self love/worth, why body diversity is so beautiful and important, and so much more!
Stowe Street Cafe is also generously sponsoring 20% off recommended readings available for pre-order through Bridgeside Books. Anyone can pre-order using this link, but the 20% off discount will be offered exclusively to registered workshop participants.
