Rick Winston, film historian and former co-owner of the Savoy Theater, will present a free on-line program, "The Labor Movement on Film," Sunday, May 1, at 3 p.m. Many excellent films have been made about unionization struggles, and Rick will show and discuss excerpts both from features ("Matewan," "Made in Dagenham," "Salt of the Earth") and documentaries ("Union Maids," "The Willmar 8," "Harlan County, USA").
