Genealogy and Slavery Discussion Group April 28

Past event
Apr 28, 2022, 6 to 8 PM

We are a discussion group of people who are researching our ancestors' connections to slavery. We meet monthly to share research experiences and to discuss the challenges of uncovering difficult, long-hidden truths. Each meeting includes a short educational section and a focused discussion about how this work can connect to the current struggles for racial justice. Our next meeting is Thursday, April 28, 6-8 pm, via Zoom. If you are interested in participating, contact doriew [at] radicalrootsgenealogy.org for more information.
