3. Consider application No.22007 By Pine Bluff Estates Partnership, PINE BLUFF EXTENSION, to replace what was to be a 15 Unit Mid Rise with four residential building lots for Site Plan Review and Local Act 250 Municipal Impact Review.

4. Consider application No.22008 by Will Young and Carrie Gleasner, 467 MAIN STREET to receive conditional use approval to convert an existing 2 family house into a three unit multifamily property for Conditional Use approval.

5. Review of Pine Hill Sand and Gravel Operation and Reclamation Bond.
