In the final class of our spring lecture series, genealogist Shari Strahan will use two or three examples of dead-end cases to demonstrate how to tackle those frustrating (and common) research problems on Saturday, April 23rd. We'll use various free, and subscription, online sites to find new information in order to solve these cases. If you have a few brick walls in your family research, this will be an opportunity to see some innovative ways to solve them.
A syllabus will be provided to help keep your hand from cramping up. Shari's special focus is immigration to New England, families of Historic Deerfield, Massachusetts, and her Quebec and Acadian ancestors. Classes by the VT Genealogy Library are Zoom webinars from 10:30 to noon. The cost is $10.00. Please visit our website, www.vtgenlib.org, for additional information and to register.
