The Lamoille County Democratic Committee is hosting a virtual event tomorrow evening (Thursday, April 21) from 7pm - 9pm with the Outrun Coalition. This is an organization that organizes, mentors, and mobilizes to get young and diverse candidates to win local elections throughout rural America, using diversity as a tool for recruitment and victory. The presentation will feature 5 elected democrats from NY and NE to speak about youth, diversity, and holding elected office in rural communities.
