SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WARNING

The legal voters of the Town of Danby, Vennont, are hereby warned and notified to meet at the Danby Town Office, 130 Brook Road, Danby, Vermont, on May 17, 2022, to reconsider the March 1, 2022, Annual Town Meeting vote on the following article:

Article 8. Shall the voters authorize the Select Board to appoint a collector of delinquent taxes pursuant to 17 V.S.A. *2651d'?

Voting will be conducted by Australian ballot. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Legal voters are further warned that a public informational hearing on this article will occur at the Currier Memorial School, 234 North Main Street, Danby, Vermont on May 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
