Hi everyone!

I'm hosting my first live virtual event this Sunday, April 24 from 5:00 pm -- 7:30 pm on Zoom. It is a workshop called CLAIM YOUR POWER WITH WORDS, and it is the first offering from my new practice, Rising Vibe. (In a few months I will be offering hypnosis, sound healing, and more, so stay tuned!)

This is an educational workshop where I will be teaching you user-friendly ways to shift away from habitual tendencies of using words which are stagnant and disempowering, and instead choose words that cultivate hope and invite possibility.

It will be 2.5 hours long -- the first 2 hours, I will be teaching (with a 20 minute break halfway through), and the last 30 minutes is open for discussion among all participants.

I have been learning about and applying the principles of neuroplasticity, hypnosis, conscious creation, and much more over the past five months, and consequently have been amazed at how being mindful of my choice of words has drastically transformed my health, my mind, my energy, my state of being, and my life.

I am honored to teach you what I know about the power of words, and to teach you these tools so that you, too, can feel empowered to step into the best version of yourself.

This workshop is largely based on the premise that everything you say is an affirmation.
WHAT ARE YOU REGULARLY SPEAKING INTO REALITY?
WHAT ARE YOU AFFIRMING AND PERPETUATING WITH YOUR WORDS?

You will walk way from this with the ability to think, speak, and write words that invite what you really want into your experience, and that reflect what you really mean. Given that words have both literal and energetic implications, choosing your words mindfully is an incredibly powerful way to dictate how you choose to live.

The cost is $144 per person to register, and this includes access to the live event, a recording of the event to listen to later if you should want to or need to, and pre-workshop materials (including daily writing prompts and a class outline with space for note taking) that you will receive via email when you register. I accept payment via Venmo or PayPal.
