Dear Neighbors,
On June 25, 2022 from 10:00am to 2:00pm the Town of Wilmington, VT will celebrate the grand opening of the new Wilmington Public Safety Facility at 40 Beaver Street. As part of the celebration, we would like to offer commemorative t-shirts and glassware for sale, with all proceeds donated equally to two scholarship funds administered by the Wilmington police and fire departments: the Mark Dooley Scholarship & Award and the Eric Davis Scholarship Fund.
We are seeking sponsors for the purchase of the commemorative t-shirts and glassware. T-shirts will include the Wilmington Public Safety Facility printed on the front and all sponsors listed on the back. We expect these will be very popular and therefore a good opportunity to advertise your business or organization while contributing to a good cause. Glassware will be printed with Wilmington Public Safety Facility and logos of Wilmington fire and police departments.
The following sponsorship packages are offered:
Tier 1: $1,000 – three (3) total offered; sponsors will have logos listed at the top of the t-shirt back; each sponsor will receive five (5) t-shirts and five (5) glasses
Tier 2: $500 – twenty (20) total offered; sponsors will be listed on the t-shirt back; each sponsor will receive two (2) t-shirts and two (2) glasses
We hope to have your support for the grand opening of the Wilmington Public Safety Facility and the support of youth scholarship funds. The deadline for sponsorships is 5:00 pm Thursday April 28, 2022. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Wilmington and please include Wilmington PSF open house in the memo portion of the check. Donations are tax-deductible and sponsors will receive a receipt from the Town. Please contact Chuck Clerici to secure your partnership and answer any questions.
