Join us in this FUN, energizing movement class, filled with cues for releasing stress, finding balance, and regaining strength & flexibility in body and mind. Nia is an aerobic movement class that borrows from the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia is done barefoot, but free to wear soft-soled indoor shoes, if you prefer.
I've been leading Saturday morning Nia classes in Stowe for 10 years, and design these classes to be a self-healing tool for people to find freedom & health in their bodies through a wholistic movement practice.
It's for all levels, it's easy to follow - so bring your inner dancer, athlete, warrior, and child and be prepared to connect to your heart and soul.
For everyBODY - No experience necessary!
Bring a yoga mat, or towel to lay on.
Class is this Friday, April 22, 6-7:15 at Sundara Studio (in the old Caplan's building).
Sundara is located at 52 Portland Street, Morrisville. There is plenty of parking in the community lot located behind Sundara, between Portland and Pleasant Street.
