Friday Wine Tasting

Please join us anytime between 4:00 & 7:00 for a casual wine tasting at The Wine Vault.

This week we will taste two rose. Rivarose, a Provence sparkling rose, delicious and refreshing red berries, and a little spice. A still rose from Austria, Anton Bauer's Assemblage, light but structured with hints of raspberry and strawberry.

The only white wine this week is one not to be missed. Another Kermit Lynch gem, from Domaine Savary Chablis 1 Cru Fourchaume wonderful personality with zingy citrus with beautiful minerality.

We will taste two reds, one of the best Cab Francs, I think, from the Loire by Domaine Couly-Dutheil. Last but not least a big gorgeous Pinot Noir from the family who brought us Caymus, Belle Glos, Eulenloch Pinot Noir. Ripe cherry, blueberry and juicy blackberry.
