Join Adventure Dinner for an evening of sugarbush exploration, Mexican feasting, and bonfire delight at Palmer's Sugarhouse right in Shelburne!

Bring your mud boots because the evening will start with a walk through the woods—following the sap lines—to the first hidden course and paired cocktail.

Our Mexican feast will be served back at the sugarhouse! Chef Mari Luisa Verduzco of La Catrina 802 will dazzle us with a made-from-scratch meal featuring her favorite dishes from her hometown in Baja, Mexico. Have your appetite ready!

The evening will close at the pond-side bonfire for dessert and a final paired cocktail. Before you head home we'll slip a mini bottle of maple in your hand, a keepsake to remember your adventure.
