Hi there! I'm launching an 8-week, virtual fitness and nutrition challenge starting May 1st and would love for any ladies who want to kick their fitness up a gear this spring to join me. This is for women who are looking to: build strength, change body composition, have more energy, get some trainer-tips, tools and strategies make healthier choices every day.
I launched a similar challenge on January 1st and had a lot of fun and some great fitness transformations.
This is a fully virtual program but you're not working out alone. We connect daily on a virtual platform, your workouts and nutrition goals are tailored to you and your goals and it's a great way to stay motivated and on track.
