For many years, environmental justice has been a seldom used term in Vermont. Please join Vermont State Senator Kesha Ram Hinsdale for a conversation on the challenges and opportunities facing the coalition supporting an environmental justice policy framework in Vermont. She is the first woman of color to serve in the Vermont State Senate and she will be discussing the journey to advance Vermont's first environmental justice bill, which is under active consideration in the Vermont Legislature this biennium. Kesha is running to be Vermont's first Congresswoman but will not be talking about her candidacy at this event.
