Happy Spring!
We finally have been able to restock and have a full selection of cuts for sale: ground, stew, shanks, chops, shoulder and leg roasts, both boneless and bone-in. Prices range from $10 - $16.50/lb. All grassfed on our organic bobolink-safe pastures. Prepare for the holidays, dream about summer grilling, and stock up for the year to come. And yes, it looks like Sunday might be a nice day to come see frolicking lambs. We'll open the paddock to visitors from 10-12 (only) if you'd like a snuggle or a romp with these spring beauties!
