Happy Pollinator Education Week! As part of the Pollinator Resiliency Conference, the Food + Agriculture Law Society at Vermont Law School has put together several panels and workshops to celebrate.
On Friday, April 8th, we will have panels on Zoom. The first panel will focus on pollinator science and we will hear from Dr. Laura Figueroa (UMass Amherst and Cornell University) and Dr. Heather Grab (Cornell University). Then, at 2pm, we will hear from Ernie Shea (Solutions from the Land) and Jess Tyler (Center for Biological Diversity) for a panel on government, policy, and law. Our panels will close out at 4pm with a presentation from Brooke Decker (Vermont Agency of Agriculture) and Laura Johnson (University of Vermont Extension) to learn more about issues impacting pollinators in Vermont. All panels will be recorded and archived on the conference website for later viewing. Find links below:
