The Champlain Valley Conservation Partnership (CVCP) is working with the Town of St. George to share conservation strategies with interested landowners. The Town is holding their reschedule Town Meeting Day on April 30th, and are inviting all that are interested to attend and participate in informational sessions, grab free food, meet the Town Dragon around noon, hear great music, and just have fun. The CVCP will also have a presence at this event, so anyone interested in the group's work can stop by our table and learn more about us.
Event: St. George Connect!
Date: April 30th
Time: 10 AM
Location: St. George Town Center
St. George Connect is a community-wide outreach and engagement effort launched by St. George residents. The goal? To gather input and ideas on what we value in our Town; to identify meaningful priorities from that input; and to promote those priorities in support of our residents, our Town, and our relationships in the broader community.
Areas of particular interest - Future use of Town lands, Appropriate use of COVID relief monies, Social/Emotional and educational needs of our youth, and required updates to the Town Plan.
The Town Meeting starts at 10 AM. The Town Dragon Day will start after Town meeting in the Town Center. Join the Town for music, food, free stuff, and fun.
