The Rec Department, with assistance from local running enthusiasts, will be playing host to another season of running club. This is for all abilities ages 12 and up.
The current schedule is:
Sunday - TBD*
Monday 5:30 AM - Distance
Tuesday 6:00 PM - Speed/Hills
Thursday 5:30 AM - Distance
