Up for discussion at this week's PC meeting:

1) Discuss & mark up new & revised drafts of 5 amendments to the Land Use Regulations
2) Next steps & progress reports on Town Plan Implementation work
3) Follow up to last meeting's discussion of DRB application of LURs re: allowing access to a new lot via a ROW in lieu of meeting frontage requirement
4) Schedule joint meetings w/ DRB members, Selectboard

We have recently invited the chairs of all town committees to participate in this process. We also welcome public feedback and comments on these drafts, either in 'real time' (during meetings), or offline (between meetings). This meeting will be held in-person at Town Hall, with a Zoom option available for those who prefer to join the meeting remotely. The meeting agenda is posted under the meeting date on the town website's "Meeting Calendar and Agendas" page & includes the Zoom login link.
