Rise Up Bakery, behind the Old Labor Hall on Granite Street in Barre, is happy to again offer its most popular class on April 10 from 12-5 p.m. Learn how to make bread, pancakes, waffles, buns, and more with healthy sourdough that is ready to go when you want. Both new and experienced home bakers will receive individual pointers from Rise Up's masters while creating your own sourdough boule.

Ingredients are provided by the bakery and each participant will leave with a sourdough loaf and sourdough starter.
