The snow is (maybe permanently this time!) melting and it's that time of year again, to get out into the community with our green bags and spruce up our town! About a month from now, Saturday May 7, we'll be coming together to celebrate Green Up Day. And we are happy to have a couple of different cleanup events going on that day for people to participate in!

First off is the "main event" - from 8 AM to around 2 PM we will have a town truck parked at the Village Green to collect your full green bags, and a separate truck to collect tires. There will be light snacks, water, and gloves available as well as all the green bags your heart desires. Bags can also be picked up anytime between now and the day of at the Municipal Offices.

Second is coming from the Skate Park Committee: Spring Clean-Up Party from 2-4 p.m. at the SkatePark. Bring your family, bikes, & boards for a fun work party. We'll supply gloves and bags, PLUS tunes, tasty treats, and some informal skills coaching. More info to follow from the SkatePark Committee.
