Stage 32, the award winning theater program at U32 High School, is proud to present "The Drowsy Chaperone," with book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar, and music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison. Referred to as a musical within a comedy, "The Drowsy Chaperone" is a parody of American musical comedies of the 1920s. This musical has it all: splashy dance numbers, a dazzling set, 1920's costumes, Broadway starlets, a greedy producer, a romantic leading man, a drunken chaperone, and even two gangsters posing as pastry chefs! Don't miss the return of live theater at U32! Good for the whole family.
