There will be another Town Election on Wednesday, April 13 at the Community Public Safety Building (Castleton Fire Hall). The polls will open at 8A and close at 7P. You may also vote before then by Absentee Ballot.

There will be two articles on the ballot:
1. To authorize/not authorize cannabis retailers in Castleton pursuant to 7 V.S.A. Section 863.
2. To approve/disapprove the Slate Valley Unified Union School District Budget.

Voter Checklist: Be sure that your name is on the Voter Checklist, posted on the town website. If not, please register to vote at the Town Office OR online at https://mvp.sec.state.vt.us. Same-day registration at the polls is also available.

If you are sick or disabled, two Justices of the Peace can bring a ballot to you at your home on any of the days up to and including Election Day. Call your Town Clerk to make arrangements (for Castleton: 802-468-2212).
