Historian Elise Guyette discusses her book Discovering Black Vermont: African American Farmers in Hinesburgh, 1790-1890. She talks about what she learned through her research, as well as discloses new information she has discovered since publication of her book. The Vermont Historical Society has recently issued a second edition with a forward by Emily Bernard. This class will meet at CVU. Masks and registration are required.
