April is National Poetry Month, and Carpenter-Carse Library will be kicking off this annual celebration with a virtual reading by Laura Budofsky Wisniewski -- author of the forthcoming poetry collection "Sanctuary, Vermont" -- and by Jane Dorney, author of the newspaper column and blog "Connect the Dots."

This Zoom event will take place on Sunday, April 3rd at 3 pm. In addition to sharing their individual work, programming librarian Meg Malone will moderate a discussion with both presenters about their inspiration and processes.
