Would you like to see more safe walking and biking options in Bethel village (or your town)? Come help! Bethel for All is organizing "walk audits" in April to map out where our streets and sidewalks need improvements, gather data on traffic speeds and street conditions, and and develop ideas to make our village streets safer and more accessible for all.
If you'd like to help with Bethel's walk audits in April or learn how to use AARP's free Walk Audit Toolkit in your town, join us for a quick, fun training. Kelly Stoddard-Poor of AARP Vermont will lead a short training on how to organize and lead a walk audit group from 4-5 PM. If you like, stay from 5-5:30 for a short walk around Bethel to try out the toolkit.
Meet at 4 PM on Weds, March 30 at the Bethel Public Library. Register if you can so that you'll receive the toolkit link and follow up announcements, but feel free to just come!

Stay tuned for dates to participate in a walk audit or info on checking out a self-guided kit from the library.
