Green Up Vermont – Hinesburg Saturday, May 7th – Mark your Calendar
This is a quick reminder to mark your calendar and make plans to join neighbors, friends and family to Green Up Hinesburg.
Hinesburg's green up will be similar to previous years except this year we will again host a community lunch at the town hall on Green Up day.
In the next couple of weeks watch for more details on when and where you can pick up Green Up bags. Additionally, we will again utilize an on-line signup that allows volunteers to see which roads are already "claimed" and which roads are still open.
If you want to help out further, we have a number of supporting activities that need volunteers of all ages. These include
If you have a volunteer group that wants to participate on a project, call us so we can organize your efforts.
Help set up and serve our community lunch (11:00 – 1:00)
Drivers with trucks can help with final pickup of roadside bags (1:00 – 4:00)
