Fleet Feet is starting their Free No Boundaries running and walking programs next week. Wednesday 3/30 is the sign up and Q&A time. Runs and Walks begin first Wed. in April.

2022 Training Program Kick-Off
Joining a training program can serve multiple purposes. For some, it is a means to begin an active lifestyle. Others use it to sharpen their training to optimize their performance in a race. Many participants join for the social aspect and accountability that come with being part of a group.
Whatever your individual motivation may be, we have been helping runners and walkers achieve their goals for 15 years. For 2022, we will be offering our No Boundaries Training Programs from March 31st through October 26th with three easy to digest sessions for 5K, 10K and Walkers and a fluid, flexible session schedule for the Half Marathon.
Your success is important to us and we encourage you to join the group that aligns with both your goals and abilities:
- Walk
- Walk/Run (Beginning with session 2 in June)
- 5K Run
- 10K Run
- Half Marathon
• 5K, 10K and Walkers will meet on Wednesdays at 5:30PM
• Half Marathoners will meet on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
• Rose and Kim will be coaching the 5K and 10K groups
• Kris will be coaching the Walking group
• Sue and Stacy will be coaching the Half Marathoners

All programs are free.
We are limiting participation to 20 per group.
