Extension Master Gardeners Offer Plant Sale

Mark your calendars! The annual Plant Sale of the University of VT Extension Master Gardeners, Bennington Chapter, will be held on Saturday, May 31, 10am-1pm in the master gardener's booth at the Bennington Farmer's Market (River and Depot Streets) in Bennington, VT. We’d love to welcome you, help you with your selections, and advise you on planting, if needed.

All the plants on sale have been provided by local gardeners and excavated from their local gardens, so they are especially suited to our northeastern climate. We'll have sun-lovers, shade-dwellers, ground covers, wild flowers, herbs, berry bushes and a few SURPRISES! Prices are being kept very low, but come early for the best selection!

The sale site, Bennington Farmer’s Market, is located beside the Walloomsac River walk at the Bennington Station, on the corner of Depot & River Streets, in downtown Bennington, VT. Proceeds from the sale will be used for VT Extension Master Gardener community enrichment programs.
