Up for discussion at this week's Development Review Board are two new projects:

1) Sketch Plan review of a project involving constructing two wastewater disposal systems at 2945 Shelburne Falls Rd. that will serve two single-family residences and a greenhouse business located on an adjacent lot in Hinesburg. A site visit by DRB members will precede the meeting.

2) Public hearing on a proposed 2-lot subdivision at 6974 Spear St., dividing a 5-acre lot with 2 residences from an existing, conserved 72 acre farm parcel. Public deliberations (no additional testimony allowed) will be held immediately following the closure of the hearing.

The Board will also discuss and mark up draft decisions from three project reviews completed in late February, and elect DRB officers. These will be conducted as public deliberations, with no additional public testimony allowed.
