Hard to think of anything but those great temps yesterday (!), but I thought I'd share next week's virtual Democratic congressional candidate forum with anyone interested:

There are some outstanding folks running this year. And looking at the topics of discussion, I saw some issues deeply relevant to all of us up this way: housing access, public education, workers' rights, immigration... to name a few. From the event listing:
"2022 is a crucial election year for the future of elected representation in Vermont, from the State House to the halls of Congress."
"Vermont's sole congressional seat is open, and there is a robust race between four qualified candidates. Right now, we have an opportunity to advance the vision of a government that works for all of us, reflects us, and is responsive to the needs of our communities. And it is vital that you are part of the process of getting us there!"
"Join us for a candidate forum, as we hear from congressional candidates Senate Pro Tempore Becca Balint, Lieutenant Governor Molly Gray, Sianay Chase Clifford, and State Senator Kesha Ram Hinsdale. We will ask questions about issues important to all Vermonters -- such as housing access, public education, workers' rights, and immigration -- and take the time to dig deeper into each candidate's experience, approach, and vision for the future."

Hope to 'see' you there. And heck, if the weather's good, I'm looking forward to Zooming in from a nice sunny spot out here on the deck. Happy Spring, y'all!
