On Tuesday, March 22 at 6:00 the Rochester Public Library invites you to join us for a discussion on the war in Ukraine with in depth analysis of invasion, the world's response, and the possible outcome.
Our speaker is nationally recognized foreign policy analyst, Elizabeth Shackelford, Senior Fellow on Global Affairs at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Shackelford's has been interviewed on C-Span, NPR, and MSNBC and published in major newspapers. Her book about her experiences in the US Diplomatic service, Dissent Channel, was published in 2020 by Public Affairs.
