Public Hearing regarding Town of Guilford's proposed Town Plan 2022-2030
Statement of Purpose: The Town Plan applies to the Town of Guilford. The Public Hearing is an opportunity for residents to provide feedback to the Town of Guilford's Planning Commission regarding the draft Town Plan, 2022-2030.
The Town Plan includes the following sections: Introduction, Community Profile, Settlements and Land Use, Residents, Housing, Infrastructure, Economy and Business, Recreation, Transportation, Historic and Cultural Resources, Natural Resources, Energy, Education, Hazard Mitigation and Flood Resiliency, Summary List of Actions, Relationship to Adjacent Municipal and Regional Plans.
Copies of the draft Town Plan are available at the Town Office and on the Town website

Proposed modifications to Draft Town Plan:
Include updated Census data
Add information regarding Village Centers Designation
Expand Town History section
Include language indicating that Guilford is an inclusive and welcoming community
