Windham 4 District State Reps Michelle Bus-lun and Mike Mrowicki will host their monthly Online Community Conversation on Saturday March 19, from 10-11am.
Constituents of the Windham 4 District of Dummerston, Putney and Westminster will have the chance to hear updates from the 2022 Session of the Vermont Legislature, as well as an opportunity to offer suggestions or have questions answered.
Crossover week, has just passed- that point on the session timeline when bills have to move out of committee to be considered in the other Legislative body. The crafting of legislation from ideas to research to testimony to deliberation , then put into legal terms and forms is coming to fruition. Those Bills with enough collective support will then move over to House or Senate (depending on which body they originated) In the House, starting next week, we'll start taking up bills that have passed the Senate.
While Covid does seem to be relenting for the time -being ,we are still planning to meet online. Reps. Bob-Lun and Mrowicki have actually found increased participation in these community meetings online as opposed to in-person , but want to hear from you, our constituents as to whether you'd prefer online, in-person or a hybrid meeting?
