The Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to consider and hear comments on the proposed zoning regulations changes that will impact the areas of Hyde Park outside the limits of the Village of Hyde Park. Proposed changes include: modify language in the flood hazard regulations, modifying the Green River Reservoir Viewshed Overlay map, allowing 300-foot aboveground utility line extensions from public roads, allowing adult use establishments in the VFW Business Park, exempting above ground pools that meet setback minimum distances.
