Featuring Kaiut Yoga, a gentle somatic form of asana practice focused on function and effects, removing any feeling of intimidation, modifying positions so that a shape can work for any practitioner, regardless of flexibility, injuries, or age. "This is yoga for people who find the new western yoga modalities a struggle". It's not fitness yoga or about copying extreme positions, though you will organically strengthen and build. Based on pre-vedic classical yoga asana practice, the work is focused on joint mobility, not muscles, and the individual finding their own optimum in each pose, which can significantly help with chronic pain and injury.
