Join Katie Cartwright of Reminder's Art and Vanessa Santos Eugenio of We All Rise Yoga & Meditation as you are guided through a unique mindfulness practice. The first hour you will be painting with Katie as she teaches you how to use art as a meditative practice. Paint what you feel.
Following painting, Vanessa will guide you through a 60 minute Yin Yoga practice to round out everything and truly do a deeper mind-body connection. This workshop has been so fun and a truly unique immersive experience!
Class is $50 and spaces are limited. You will be supplied with a canvas, paint, and paintbrushes. If you have a yoga mat, try to bring that as well as some water and anything else that may make you comfortable.
Tula is located at 209 College Street in Downtown Burlington, you will go in the door between Stone Soup and Tailfeather. There is not a lot of signage, but you will see a big 209 just above the doorway from the street. Go up the stairs to the second floor and I will be on the left!
