Join Vanessa Santos Eugenio as you are guided through a peaceful Yin Class to resettle your mind and body before the week ahead. You can expect a lot of tea lights, twinkle lights, and Vanessa's extremely soothing self to guide you through this special 75 minute practice.
Class is $20 and spaces are limited. We ensure each student has plenty of room on the floor and between mats, so be sure to sign up earlier than later!
Tula is located at 209 College Street in Downtown Burlington, you will go in the door between Stone Soup and Tailfeather. There is not a lot of signage, but you will see a big 209 just above the doorway from the street. Go up the stairs to the second floor and I will be on the left!
