Please join Minėmå Gallery for the opening reception of VISUAL RHYTHMS- a solo exhibition of contemporary sculptures and paintings by Johnson-based artist, Katherine Clarke Langlands.
Langlands' vibrantly painted sculpture series, titled Visual Rhythms, are made from recycled vinyl records. The artist collects, paints, heats, cuts, sands, washes, heats again, and then molds the vinyl into free-standing sculptures.
There will be a unique, site-specific performance art piece happening simultaneously in the gallery.
Join us for this fun and unique event! ALL are welcome.
