Up for discussion at this week's Development Review Board are two new projects:
1) Public hearing on proposed boundary adjustment between two parcels: 899 Bean Rd. & 342 Bittersweet Ln. No development is proposed; it's a 4-acre purchase of a portion of one neighbor's parcel by another neighbor. Yes, that does require specific review and approval by the DRB.
2) Sketch Plan review of proposed 1-lot subdivision at 1052 Carpenter Rd., adding additional lot via a ROW off Spear St. Not a public hearing, just a preliminary discussion with applicants; no decision will be made at this time.
The Board will also discuss and mark up draft decisions from two project reviews completed in late January, and elect DRB officers.
