Your morning routine sets the stage for your day!
Join me Wednesday mornings, online, at 6:30am, beginning March 23rd for "Intentional Mornings"
This class will be a space to come with your coffee or tea, and begin your day intentionally with community.
We will integrate breath work, body scans, visualization techniques, meditate prayer, and participants will receive optional journaling prompts as well!
