CVU ACCESS program hosts a class on growing shiitake, oyster and lion's man mushroom and around 200 people have taken the class over the years. This year we're returning to in-person learning, and our class will be held on at 6.30pm on Monday March 7th.

"Learn how to cultivate this delicious super-food in your yard, basement or garage. The course will cover the basic techniques for growing shiitake, oyster and lion's mane mushrooms and an opportunity for hands-on learning of inoculation techniques. Easy, fun, delicious and not expensive to do at home!

This class will meet inside CVU. Please wear a mask and check in at the main entrance before your first class."
