We are excited to announce our 1 year Anniversary celebration this coming Saturday, March 5 at Kuya's Sandwiches + Kitchen!
Please keep in mind our program for this special day:
DINING HOURS
11am-2pm: Regular lunch menu
2pm-4pm: Merienda / Mid day snack menu
chicken liver pate, philippine macaroni salad, mushroom bruschetta, i'm walkin' here!, gimme some veggies
DINNER (starts at 4pm)
Starters:
Green Pea Soup
Chicken Liver Pâté
pickled red onions, fruit jam, baguette crostini
Cold Mushroom Bruschetta
toasted baguette crostini, herb-whipped goat cheese, chilled sautéed mushrooms, parsley, extra virgin olive oil
Salad:
Arugula Salad
wild arugula, thin sliced shallots, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, shaved parmesan, shallot-white wine vinaigrette
Main:
Caldereta
Philippine Beef Stew ~ Royalton Farms beef short ribs, potatoes, carrots, peas, bell pepper, bay leaves, manzanilla olives, quail eggs, tomato sauce. served with steamed rice.
Lasagna Vegeteriana
fresh pasta sheets layered with roasted butternut squash, sautéed crimini mushrooms, brown butter, sage, bechemel sauce, parmesan.
Dessert:
Ube "Purple Yam" Sans Rival
Philippine decadent cake made with layers of cashew-meringue, ube french butter cream, chopped cashews.
Reservation hours:
4pm: 1st dinner service
5:30pm: 2nd dinner service

Because of our limited space, dinner service will be reservations only. Maximum 14 guests inside. No take-out during dinner.
