Are you interested in how the BPD chief search and appointment process played out? The Ward 6 NPA invites members of the general public to attend a panel at their meeting this Thursday, March 3, when panelists share their perspective on:
· The search process for a permanent police chief
· The appointment by the Mayor of Jon Murad as indefinite Acting Chief
Panelists Include:
· Stephanie Seguino, Co-Chair, BPD Commission
· Karen Paul, Ward 6 City Councilor
· Suzy Comerford, BPD Commissioner
· Joan Shannon, South District City Councilor
Ward 6 residents and other participants will provide comments and pose questions for the panelists. Any remaining time will be allocated to panelists to make further comments on the topic
