The Dream Big 5K is a community 5K, 1K and Fun Run for folks of all ages and abilities. Come run, walk or roll with us on April 24th and support EDD Adaptive Sports programs in Vermont! The out-and-back course begins at Essex Middle School and winds through quiet neighborhoods. It is wheelchair and stroller-accessible. The 1K distance is ideal for youth and racers with physical limitations. All racers receive a medal and swag bag, with special recognition for top 3 finishers in each category.
