This week, the Planning Commission returns to hybrid meeting format, with an option for both in-person participation 'live' at Town Hall, and a Zoom option for those who wish to participate remotely. At this week's regular meeting of the Planning Commission, we will discuss:

1) Thompson's Point rules: possible changes to dimensional standards + Table 2.7 - Conditional Uses (general discussion of issues; no changes proposed yet)

2) Update on recent discussions with Orton Foundation re: Heart & Soul program opportunity

3) Continue discussion on implementation priorities from 2019 Town Plan & next steps
